Before she can talk herself out of it, Kej makes a beeline for Chaz.

As she bobs and weaves through the crowd she frantically searches within her soul - should she save the factory? Should she go? Should she get another hot chocolate?

Suddenly she is in front of him - with no further answers. She hesitates, nervous, panic nearly rising in her throat. What was she doing talking to him without knowing what she was going to do? What would he say? She nearly turns around before he sees her but then its too late, and his eyes are upon her.

Instead of saying something hurtful or mean or pointed, his face blooms into a warm smile.

“I’m glad you stayed for this.” he tells her.

Their hands clasp before she can’t even think to pull them back. She stammers, words tumbling out of her mouth faster than her brain can process. He laughs a kind, joyful laugh. And suddenly she knows. But before she can say another word, the two are nearly blinding by the lights of a thousand shining golden bulbs jumping to life. They turn their heads to see it - the tree lit up with gold and red. It’s spectacular. It’s magical. It’s Christmas. And Kej knows she can’t let it die.

“I’m going to save the factory.” She says, more to herself than to Chaz, but as soon as the words escape her lips he turns her to face him.

“I, I don’t know what to say!” He stammers eventually.

“I just listened to my heart.” Kej tells him.

“I’m listening to my heart too.” He tells her, leaning in. “And it says I’m in love with you.”

Before she can reciprocate he gives her a big romantic kiss as the camera whirls around them - swoon!

When they finally come up for air, he pulls something bright and red from his back pocket.

“I got this for you. Merry Christmas.” He says as he hands her the red envelope.
