Hi crew!
After wrapping on a big show I often wish there was the bandwidth between team members to do a “post-mortem” about the good, the bad, and the ugly of how everything went. I’ve been in close contact with many of you during prep and shoot for the project and have a sense of some common problems and pinch points we ran into. I want to give you a chance to fully share how things went for you and what can potentially be done next time to have things run smoother. I also want to hear about any wins or high points you experienced, because I believe in celebrating the good as much as deconstructing and commiserating the bad.
